If a piece isn't right, write within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or a refund. Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item was faulty.

Signed and personalized pieces, and all digital downloads, are final sale.

Damaged in transit

Send a photo within 7 days and a replacement goes out at no cost.
